The Museum can be booked for socials, mixers, or meetings during or after business hours. Our staff will work with you to plan a unique and memorable event, surrounded by the authentic character of an 1883 building filled with artifacts and interactive exhibits. PLAN THE PERFECT PARTY IN OUR RED CABOOSE
Celebrate a memorable event for your little railfan with a special birthday at the Wilmington Railroad Museum. Your party package includes use of a real Atlantic Coast Line caboose and courtyard for 1 1/2 hours, an engineer hat, bandana and whistle for the birthday child (available for purchase for birthday guests), and free admission to the Museum for up to 10 children and adults. Participants provide food and beverages. Please note, the caboose is not heated or air conditioned.
Birthday Party prices are:
Member price - $150.00
Non-Member price - $200.00
Basic price includes 10 children and 10 adults.
Additional guests are $5 each.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED: Parties must be scheduled two weeks in advance by calling 910-763-2634. A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservations. Available party times are Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Engineer Hat, Bandana and Whistle Packages may be purchased for each child party guest for $8.
